 Regulatory inspection announced with 3 months notice.

Target
 Requirement for team to be prepared for inspection.

Action
 Ensured team readiness and confidence for inspection with three workshops:
       1 Announcement of inspection and discussion of how inspectors behave and who they speak to.
          Behaviour of staff during inspections.
       2 Individual and team readiness and training including mock inspection interviews and individual preparation plans.
       3 Are we ready? Final preparations and training.
 Built an intranet website where all materials news and updates were posted during the run up to the inspection.

Result
 Successful inspection outcome.
 Team were well prepared and confident.
 Current processes improved and team more confident about future inspections

Received an achievement award for contribution to successful inspection outcome.
